Outdoor Furniture Return & Refund Policy

✅ Eligible for Return (Within 30 Days)

  1. Shipping Damage: Product arrives broken, scratched, or dysfunctional (photo/video proof required).

  2. Wrong Item: Received incorrect color, model, or size.

  3. Unused/Unassembled: Product must be in original packaging, unassembled, and unused (no exposure to outdoor conditions like rain/sun).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  1. Past 30-day return window.

  2. Assembled, used, or exposed to outdoor elements (e.g., fading from sun, water damage).

  3. Custom-made (e.g., engraved) or clearance items.


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact Support: Email funberry.ashop@gmail.com with:

    • Order number, product name, reason for return, and evidence (e.g., damage photos).

  2. Get RMA Authorization: We’ll reply within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and warehouse address.

  3. Ship Back:

    • Use original or reinforced packaging (avoid transit damage).

    • Provide tracking number and delivery receipt.

  4. Refund/Replacement: Processed within 3 business days after inspection:

    • Refund: Original payment (damaged/wrong items) or store credit (other cases).

    • Replacement: Free reshipment (if stock available).


⚠ Key Terms

  1. Shipping Costs:

    • Customer covers return shipping (unless our error).

    • For large items (e.g., sofas, dining sets), use carrier-collect shipping (confirm with us first).

  2. Return Labels: Prepaid labels available (cost deducted from refund).

  3. Partial Refunds: Deduct 10-30% if item shows assembly/use marks.
